Construction

Landscape Construction

Alistair Bethke is a registered builder specialising in structural landscapes, retaining walls, and earthworks. We have successfully completed projects ranging from $1,000 to $1,000,000.

Each project begins with a detailed plan created by a designer. We then develop an infrastructure plan covering irrigation, drainage, lighting, and power requirements.

Specialist

Turf Construction

CHS has developed a reputation for its turf construction, building turf panels based on golf course construction specifications. We utilise sand profiles, drainage and additives to produce a free-draining surface that allows year-round usage.

We have a full range of low ground pressure earth-moving equipment, which can be laser guided to work within millimetre tolerance. These surfaces are then maintained to golf course standard using our range of cylinder mowers and commercial grade equipment.

Irrigation Systems

Vast experience in irrigation design and installation — from simple single-valve systems to huge 60-valve commercial installations. Our designs factor in soil type, light intensity, sub-soil drainage and plant type.

Licensed installers for testable backflow devices to comply with current plumbing regulations. Experience with desalination and bore installation for mains-independent systems.

Specialised Services

Tree and palm planting from 100kg to 15,000kg. Over time we have achieved spectacular results — lifting large trees over houses into courtyards with restricted access, planting multiple semi-loads in one day.

With Alistair's background in road transport and cranes, we can achieve results beyond most landscapers. We also provide water cartage for tanks, pools, and pressure testing.
